"Embryo" sample gene details #45

Hello,

The online version of sc-type has "Embryo" as one of the tissue types, however in the ScTypeDB_full.xlsx file, there is no information about this tissue type. If possible, I would like to know which study the data was sourced from!

Dear @kvn95ss ,

Thank you for highlighting this. Our current marker list was created by combining CellTypeDB and panglaoDB; we didn't focus on manual curation for the less common "Embryo" category.

We're excited to share that ScType 2.0 is in development! It will feature an updated marker and cell type list, including deep-learning based cleaning for enhanced accuracy, including Embryo.
