[x] An observation is verified by default
[x] If the observation is check as unverified, the observation doesn´t appear in the front-end map

Need to add a new button to the observation list that says ‘Unverified’ Linked to this issue and functionality should include renaming the 'visible' button which is accessible when viewing an observation in the backend to 'Verified' imageoc
