This branch is a work in progress. There are build issues on Windows.

VTK to 9.2.5
OpenCV to 4.7.0
Fix compilation issues

Because of changes introduced in e5647cf, CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE must be specified on windows when doing the superbuild with OpenCV. I updated the wiki accordingly.

This update should also remove a lot of clutter in the CI build since VTK forces /W4 on MSVC.
