Update Feature Elimination Tests

Description

Update tests for scikit-learn 0.22

Motivation and Context

The new version broke the tests and came with some warnings. This has been fixed.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tests passed in Travis -- https://github.com/Ibotta/sk-dist/pull/31/checks?check_run_id=332232504
