The deploy script upload to S3 wasn't working because we use the mesosphere aws-cli docker container, so it can't see paths outside of the path it mounts (pwd). This functionality was added late, and I don't think we had attempted a release since then.
This also does some minor updates to scripts to match the latest godownloader and resolve some shellcheck warnings.
Versioning
Patch, at best. Getting a patch will validate the deploy process, even though we didn't do a change to the executable itself.
