Fixup aws docker script so it doesn't fail on s3 upload. #33

The docker run was mounting the current directory in an unexpected location. Added some env vars such that the deploy script could also work locally.

Background

During release of v0.3.1 the S3 upload to the Ibotta open source bucket failed on the sops dist.

Versioning

No version bump required.
