move repo owner for sops #59

Background

per https://github.com/getsops/sops/pull/1244 - sops has been donated to CNCF and gets a new github org (see https://github.com/getsops/community) - this move is in progress.

This PR moves the references in README and the installer to the new org.

Versioning

None, doesn't change the executable

Additional Requests to Reviewers

May pause till the sops PR is committed, but the move is already made. Github is doing the redirect from mozilla to getsops and our installer respects that.
