Would you mind listing what you tried downloading specifically? Could you also please confirm you've installed the full iTLS-Enso package & your system software version I can't replicate this issue

I've tried downloading apps from CBPS DB and it returns either a blank error or : "Could not connect to the server." (NW-8942-3)
