Basically, the binary is searching for providers.json file in your present working directory where you are running the binary.

A quick fix:

Download providers.json to your /go/bin/ directory
You can add this to a path or you can just go to /go/bin/ and run SubOver from there itself.
Make sure you have both SubOver and providers.json in the same directory.

Just copy the providers.json file into the folder you are testing from and it will work.
