Bluetooth Issue on 4.3 #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Other devices doesnt detect the bluetooth on 4.3
2. Tried connecting the bluettoth to car, but gets disconnected in few seconds
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Found jar file is missing in /framework/com.htc.android.bluetooth.le.jar

i can't find that file in original dump nor in GPE 4.3. are you sure we suppose 
to have it ?

need to cross check...as i was going through the code of bluetooth and method 
was pointing to some jar file...i will cross check again!But some users 
claiming it is working for them and for me i flashed the rom again, but my 
devices doesnt connect to bluetooth! Does the bluetooth works for you?

tested now with HTC BH s600 headphones, works ok

I have the same behavior  : on my car connects then disconnects after a few 
seconds.  Already tried pairing the devices from scratch

Exchanging files to/from the mac via BT works without problems. The problem 
seems to be localized only on car audio system. Is there on the phone a log to 
post here?

@stivy73 Yes issues seems to be with car audio system...i tried again in my car 
and keep on disconnecting and after a while it wont even detect the phone! 
Forgotten to take a logcat. I will post once i do it and also i am going 
through the code comparing with the 4.2.2. About my laptop, it detected the 
device after i updated the drivers and i am on windows 8.1 preview edition!

well i think is base and is related to the new LE bt. i'm afraid there isn't 
much i can do.

is there any update for this or is logcat still needed to identify the problem? 
Anything that can be done or do we have to wait for 5.0?
