What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When we try to rotate or crop the image then the photo editor app FC

works ok on my phone, you experience the bug yourself or it was reported on 
thread? more details about when the bug occurs (clean install, options during 
install, logcat) since i can't reproduce it myself

it was clean install including full wipe of sd card as well! Some users 
reported the same in the thread..i will try to take a logcat and check!

it is working after flashing a rom without wipe! Issue resolved!
