Option to automatically close doors behind you at the right moment to get a bump forward

Self-explanatory, really. If you move through a door and close it at the right moment (when your centerpoint is on the other side of the door), you get shoved out of it and propelled forward by a few pixels. I think this could be automated for massive performance gains.
