What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install the latest gdipp (v0.9.1)
2.Select either Freetype or GetGlyphOutline as the renderer
3.View a file in explorer with asian text with FontLink values applied.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a smooth version of the same text in cleartype mode,
with all letters intact and appropriate size.
The actual output instead is jumbled text in some combinations and incorrect
size matching (as shown in screenshot.
What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1, FreeType or GGO renderer, on Windows 7 x64

While increasing the font size for korean in the registry does fix the small
Korean font size issue, anywhere else where gdipp is not applied the font is
insanely big, and the scrambling letter issue still remains.
