"Setup ending premature because of an error" #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on the setup.exe
2. use any language option and and typical or full installation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 setup gets reversed, "macType setup ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified..."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The 1022 on win8 prof.

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to disable windows defender, didnt change it.

same problem.
im on win7x64

also i have installed CustoPack Tools with apllied theme.
