Enable travis-ci and fix test failures #15

See https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRAModSDK/wiki/Travis-CI for instructions on how to set up the automated testing and release deployment. Both make check and make test currently report errors that should be fixed first.

I see now that https://travis-ci.org/IceReaper/KKnD is indeed enabled. I assumed it wasn't because of the test failures and no reference to it from the readme.
