The "Stats"-feature should be completely replaced by an actor and weapon editor. Allowing to create factions and actors completely in the UI.
Besides that the settings will be used to generate Rules and Weapons (and eventually more) on-the-fly and sharing them via the lobby. This will also finally implement our "classic" gamemodes.
