Add new app "Firefly" #468

Firefly, the easiest using and high performance WireGuard VPN server, plus version of wg-easy.

Given that the https://github.com/Safe3/firefly project has not updated its source code in the community, it is pseudo-open source. Violation of the CC 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike) Open Source License.

Moreover, the author of this project has a bad practice of advertising under other project issues https://github.com/alist-org/alist/issues/6350, my store has decided to take down this app.

It is up to the IW team to decide whether or not to remove the app from the CasaOS-AppStore store.
