[Bug] Missing function to hide custom apps #1320

Describe the bug

In the past, custom applications could be hidden from the dashboard. Since the latest versions of CasaOS, this function has disappeared.

To Reproduce

  1. write a custom docker-compose and start the stack
  2. a new gray icon will appear on the dashboard

Expected behavior

restore function to hide custom applications
