[BUG] Port 80 Release #3

Unable to assign port 80 of host to an App. When attempting to install an app with port selection options, the form does not allow installing with Host port 80 in red Changed WebUi Port in GUI. Confirmed below gateway port changed.

Nvm. A system reboot released the port
