Fix solution for Alba Zoa for Altergeist, Blue-Eyes and Zefra.
Fix Infinite Impermanence's solution & Called by the Grave's solution for Altergeist, Exosister, Swordsoul, Trickstar, Witchcraft.
Add DefenderProtectRuel and DefenderInvisbleRule, used for checking whether defender can be attacked.
Fix misattack appears in direct attack's rollback.
Update Dogmatika.
