Suggestion: Add the ability for the raid leader/raid/curve manager to remove a booster & Book Customers without Advertiser Roles #51

Raid managing tab, dropdown menu for characters, add a button to remove this person from signed people Useful scenarios: I had an emergency i dont have to unlist I cant log in on my phone

Option to do so manually - yesyes so that we dont accidentally accept an unavailable booster due to something going on.

@Bgabor997 Could this be solved with a bin next to booster names? That will remove them from signed ups and send them a message that they are removed?

This features needs to be request by @Icecrown-Community/icc-raid team but the implementation isn't hard

Don't we have the permission to remove roles anyway?

It's more if someone cant remove their sign up from a raid themselves (they cant access the website, error etc.) then we have the option to do so for them instead

It's would just be a QOL thing imo, so would be 5 @Irahub, what do you say?

And while at it, enable the raid leader role to be able to book customers regardless of having the advertiser role or not :)
