Add new !setcustomer version for boosters when a boost announce is posted in alrdy exisiting ticket. *Remarks, make it so boosters cannot see tickets at all until website post is used, or !releaseboosters command is done.

We have a fairly annoying problem of the most active boosters camping tickets and "claiming" tickets before pings. The boosters waiting for pings are at a hugh disadvantage as we stand now.

With the new bot system present now, this can surely be done with the ticket system. Tickets limited to PvP Support, bot posts go out to boosters once boost requirement is set?

@FyneIcc we should meet on this point over the weekend, I'm sure we can resolve without doing much tech side after last developments.

I believe you simply just remove the permission in the mailchannels, and the subtickets should follow those rules when being made from pvppricelist/bookaboost.
