It's true that autoclick rate isn't factored into calculations properly when it's disabled (see #63), but I can't figure out the exact problem from this huge run-on sentence without punctuation.
When i am letting the game idle while doing other things, there is an issue where the cookies added to my bank by clicking don't seem to be added into how much time it will take to buy the next building with auto buy. This can become a pretty big issue because the game may be able to buy the building but it won't be bought because those cookies added from the auto click in frozen cookies don't seem to be factored in. This results in a lot of time wasted later game where you aren't producing at the rate you could be if this didn't happen.
ok... i just realized that i was incorrect and after trying to find what was causing this issue i found out that it was simply keeping enough cookies in the bank for max lucky cookie value... my bad
If auto click and autobuy are both enabled the cookies added to your bank from clicking to not seem to count towards buying a new building/upgrade later game and in a game such as mine a lot of my cps comes from clicking and this becomes a serious issue because buildings will take up to as much as hours more to buy without the cookies from clicking being added and it slows down idle progress by quite a bit
