Issues with Pledging & Halloween #197

I'm running Frozen Cookies 1.10.0, and I've noticed some odd behavior regarding pledging and the Halloween switch.

From what I can tell, you've got some conflicted logic. One section sees that it's missing some of the Halloween cookies, so it switches to Halloween, so it can find them when popping wrinklers. Another section sees that Pledging is better than full wrath (I expect due to golden cookie results), so pledges... which prevents wrinklers from spawning for the duration, so it takes several days of Halloween to get all the Halloween cookies (there's a short window after the pledge expires that it'll let wrinklers spawn, and pop them, so it doesn't quite take forever).

Perhaps some form of trap so that it doesn't pledge when it wants Halloween Cookies, or perhaps better: An option to stop after Exotic Nuts (never purchasing Communal Brainsweep) so that it stays in the statistically better Awoken stage rather than jumping back and forth between Pledge and Full Wrath?

This has been abandoned for 4 years. The one that's being updated is Darkroman's, Mtahurnal's, etc.
