need leading 0 custom wheel in mobiscroll

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have 2 wheels in my custom mobiscroll first wheel has 0 to 23 and other has 
0 to 99
2. I need a leading 0 in both the wheels
3. how to do it in custom wheels

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Need leading 0 in front of single digit numbers

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
