Wrong mkfs.erofs Version #6

branch a13's mkfs.erofs is 1.5 but emui9.1 kernel linux 4.9 did't support erofs.Huawei 's erofs v0.5 can't support the new version

Some huawei device with kirin710 have a kernel to support erofs on emui 9.1

说白了就是4.9的emui9内核里面那个erofs和你带的mkfs.erofs不是一个东西。erofs维护者也有说，华为的内部版本非常古老，和现在的erofs只是重名
