Hi there, we agree that this is a feature flaw that could have been made to better suit Mortago. However, as per the module's instructions, we are rejecting this issue because the help command was inherited from AB3.
We also think that the severity should be medium because this is not a flaw that will affect most users or cause major inconveniences. Our target user is very likely to own a mouse at work and have access to Wi-Fi. Also, there is no requirement that says the app cannot use the Internet--it only recommends that we use the Internet minimally.

Firstly, when the popup appears, there is no way to avoid using the mouse to exit this popup, (If this app is designed to be a cli app, I should be able to do everything on the cli?)
Secondly, the link would require internet connection and a browser to obtain the Helpsheet (which is the userguide?). I think one of the project requirement is no need internet?
I think it would be better if it opens a pdf document (of the UG) instead of a popup with a link to the online UG.
