"that is not a valid code" even when auth is off or valid #23

a player who never enabled 2fa for himself got this message https://gyazo.com/3ac90ba0147c255456965bc933e7698c

It also happened to me even though I was on the same IP as last time, and just relogging caused it to work perfectly fine

it typically happens when a lot of people log in at once, such as a minigame shutting down

You are using bungeecord mode, yes? I think this is a continuation of #21, and I really need to come up with something better than what is there.

rip this was never fixed, got so annoying for players had to remove the plugin ages ago
