SBS addon - UTF8 chars break parser #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Source xml is UTF8 and SBS sometimes include weird characters in title and 
description which urllib.quote_plus cant handle.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Script bails 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7:969187c9b31d with Dhama beta 3

encode('iso-8859-1') fixes problem - patch attached

I've had a shot of proving the sbs plugin with an interface similar to that of 
their web page. I've attached it if you're iterested
