OS Version: RHEL 6, RHEL 7, Fedora 21

Icinga build fails on RHEL 6, 7 and Fedora 21 as downtime scripts are going to be installed to /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins (%{plugindir}, but %files section expects downtimes scripts in /usr/lib64/icinga/plugins.

Secondly, /etc/icinga/modules/{flapjack.cfg,livestatus.cfg,mod_gearman.cfg,pnp4nagios.cfg} will be installed, but not packed in %files.

The attached patch fixes both issues.

Fix broken Icinga RPM package

Was not properly tested due to a broken Jenkins box.
