Next to the schema change, the field and its usage was removed from the Go code. This affects continuous changes to signatures.

NOTE: The schema upgrade is 024.sql as I expect #175 to be merged first.

I have renumbered the schema upgrade to the next logical number (23), as I expect this PR to be merged before #175. Now both PRs are having the same schema upgrade number and the other PR needs to be renumbered.
