Debian: icinga-php-library broken because it depends on php-json #231

Hi, i am using as source for php-packages. Since icinga-php-library depends on php-json which has a hard dependency to the current php-version (8.1) icingaweb does not work, because php8.1 is not supported (yet)

Why has the dependency to php-json been introduced from Version 0.6.0 to 0.6.1?
