OK, digging around... It seems like RHEL packages are only available for paid Icinga subscriptions [1], [2].
Perhaps this should be mentioned in download page https://packages.icinga.com/epel/8/release/ instead of redirecting to the centos directory.

For several months, no packages were build for Redhat Enterprise Linux 8 (see content of https://packages.icinga.com/centos/8/release/).
In an enterprise environment Redhat Enterprise Linux is widely used, especially where software support for commercial software is mandatory.
This seems to be correlated with the end of CentOS 8 (see https://packages.icinga.com/centos/).
Could you please, build packages for RHEL?
AFAIK, using a compatible distro like Rocky should work to build pacakges for RHEL.
