Icinga Web Version: 1.13.1
IDO Version: 1.13.3
OS Version: (see Vagrant box)
DB Type: MySQL
DB Version: (see Vagrant box)
Browser Version: Iceweasel

As HTTPd doesn't run as vagrant:vagrant it doesn't have the required permissions for Icinga Web to work.

Therefore Icinga Web doesn't work OOTB after only a vagrant up.
