[dev.icinga.com #222] files in icinga-web/bin have wrong permission properties #28

all the file that reside in the icinga/web/bin have the permission of 644 I believe that they should be 755 as in the "install-fromscratch.txt" this refers to do the following "../bin/phing testdeps" however with the current file permission they are not executable! so you have to chmod the file phing in the /bin directory!

this effects both the git branch & the recently released icinga-web 0.9.1 alpha :(
