It's not obvious that the items, like "Service Problems" are clickable. I see that we're using bold "links" for list item titles, but they don't look anything like those. Even if they're technically buttons, they behave like links, so they applying the known design would make it much clearer, what they do.
Known design? Even external links are not blue. Given, not all links are bold. But certainly not blue. Action links are blue. That's the reason why the x
s are blue. That's known design.
I know, this is a small thing, but I find "Preview this …" pretty casual. "Preview this view …" would be more explicit and clear.
Preview this view? Really? If it should be more explicit, it should rather be Preview these views
. But there are not always multiple links, so Preview this
is neutral and sounding to me.
We avoided animations and transitions ever since in the UI, it would make it more coherent if we also did for this.
It's a temporary thing. Something that's removed in the future. Something that can be disabled by the user. I really don't even have any idea why this thought is worth the time or even to discuss the change.... I like the animation.
I've scratched the points in the OP as discussed. The links should be underlined, like the actions, not blue nor bold.
After thinking some time about it, I'm really struggling with some design issues of this popup. It looks pretty much out of place with the rest of the UI. I think we should fix that.
