v.12.0 RC missing System-unit File on SLES / openSUSE

Describe the bug

updated icinga2 env to v.12RC and installed icingadb as documented on icinga.com and notice the that the systemd-unti file for icinga-redis.service is missing.

To Reproduce

Install icingadb package on SLES or openSUSE and look at

/usr/lib/systemd/system/

• Version used (icinga2 --version): 2.12.0-0.rc1.1
• Operating System and version: openSUSE Leap 15.1
• Icinga Web 2 version and modules (System - About): 2.8.0-rc1

Seems to be a small oversight in the naming conventions, which should be fixed by #145.
