Add service: No select box for template since update to 1.9.1

Expected Behavior

If I add a service to a host, I was able to select a service template (up to version 1.9.0).

Current Behavior

In version 1.9.1 you can no longer select the template, you have to insert it with Cut & paste.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Icinga Director -> Hosts -> select host -> Services -> Add service

Your Environment

• Director version (System - About): 1.9.1
• Icinga Web 2 version and modules (System - About): 2.9.5
• Icinga 2 version (icinga2 --version): r2.13.1-1
• Operating System and version: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP3
• Webserver, PHP versions: apache/2.4.51, PHP 7.4.6

I think I have finally been able to reproduce this. Does this happen to users w/o admin permissions only?

It makes no difference whether the user has administrative rights or not.
