Viewing an empty basket snapshot shows an error #2848

Expected Behavior

An empty basket snapshot should say it's empty instead of crashing

Current Behavior

If you click on an empty basket snapshot, it will show a php error instead of a helpful message.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create an empty bucket (e.g. By setting just command to custom)
  2. Create a snapshot
  3. Try viewing that snapshot.
