Allow to add Nagvis Maps to Dashboard

The default definition is a workaround with values that fit for our wall-mounted dashboard. I bet there is something more elegant but the point for us was to have the variable zoom parameter.

$zoom_pc_default = 47;
$iframe_height_px_default = 400;
