Password Policies #4401

There are currently no password creation policies in Icingaweb2. So users can create insecure passwords.

Describe the solution you'd like

In order for users to create more secure passwords, a stricter password policy would be beneficial. Icingaweb admins should be able to set policies. (minimum character length, numbers, letters, special characters, ... required or not)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, one could generally only allow strong passwords
