json_pure >= 2.0 has no support for ruby < 2.0 #219

Hi,

with json_pure >= 2.0. The gem drops the ruby 1.8 and 1.9 support. https://github.com/flori/json/blob/master/CHANGES.md#2015-09-11-200

This commit should fix our travis tests with ruby 1.9.
