Update playwright and add test to lint action #107

Upgrade playwright package to:

playwright                           1.23.3  →     1.26.1

Also in the lint github action add a step to run the playwright tests. Run the command npm run test after the npm run lint .github/workflows/lint.yml

Can i work on this? Wanting to see how implement this test workflow xD

Edit: some issues in tests, i cant continue now so is open
