[TODO] Hyprland Conf #19

Hyprland issues:

  1. No display-manager would start on rebuild.
  2. Config keybindings remains to be completed.
  3. Wayland settings in modules.themes + disable x11 related settings.
  4. Waybar ought to be fixed or replaced with Taffybar. (if wayland support has been added)
  5. Replace xkb with KMonad after package == fixed.
