Surprisingly this website translated that image damn near perfectly.

But you're welcome to provide translation aswell. I can't even spot check it like I can Russian or French. So I'll need all the help I can get to ensure accuracy

Too funny. After I posted the menu on UC it got uploaded on so many random sites. Some choose to say developed by icyrelic others don't bother. But it's rather concerning.
