New Component: Progress #44

Not much to note here...

I didn't add support for multiple bars. I figure that can come later if anyone needs it. Everything else that Bootstrap 4 can do is covered, in addition to an indeterminate state to match html5's progress.

ok, I take back my previous wow and exchange it for utter awe. This is by far the best progress bar i've ever seen. The Indeterminate progress is purely magic.

I do have a couple of thoughts, but i'll open an issue. Nothing that can't be changed later, and meanwhile this feature is too awesome to be left hanging.
