Option to remove media #8

It would be great to not only export media, but also have an option to remove the media from signal in order to decrease the attachment file.

Sounds useful, since Signal Desktop does not offer a feature to trim old messages (like the Android app does). I'm guessing there should be some retention settings, e.g. keep attachments newer than 4 weeks or keep only up to 10 MB of files?

The client seems to tolerate missing files well, so you could already use some general purpose tool to simply remove old files from the Signal/attachments.noindex folder. It might be cleaner, however, to also remove the reference from the message record in the database.
