Ethereum Time Capsules #17

Build something that lets users write a message and immortalize it on the ETH blockchain (or IPFS, Arweave, etc.), but have it be unreadable for a pre-determined length of time, and then when that time elapses it becomes public.

Hey, the application which I submitted uses CSV file to log the state, but it turns out Heroku clears them every time the app sleeps, so coming out with a fix soon. Thanks.

The app now logs data in MongoDB and hence should work fine.
