Most of the code rewritten to be more expandable and readable.
Chunks no longer have all the layers inside of them (outline and playable layers are separated)
Outline Layer is a separate layer that uses Unity's Sprite Masking
Interfaces for most classes allow for better coding experience
PaitingParameters handle all the input data for painting operation on a layer
Reduced repetitive methods
Most of the code rewritten to be more expandable and readable.
