Cant load idm bundles #23

Hi trying to integrate idm, on trying to load idm the bundles cant be found

https://localhost:44300/idm/assets/Scripts.Bundle.js

Is there somthing i've missed? The sample work fine but have been spending some time trying to get idm working on a fresh web application project with no luck.
